I've shopped at the Auction House before, so I trust them completely. However, since they switched to online bidding, I've needed a bit more support. I've called them a bunch of times to check if I'm on the right track, and they've been super friendly and patient, especially Stephen. You're doing an awesome job! I can only imagine how many demanding customers you deal with, but I really appreciate the confidence and assistance you've given me. I'm feeling like I'm headed in the right direction. Oh, and a shoutout to the lady who’s also been patient and Chris, who was a big help too.

The level of professionalism, the service provided, and the pricing at West Yorkshire Auction House during their auction on December 14th really blew me away. I’d say it’s highly recommended!

I purchased a property via AHWY in December 2022. The viewing process was straightforward, and the viewer was super helpful. I had solid communication with the AHWY office team leading up to the auction, trying to make an offer before the auction (which didn’t go through). The house went to auction, and I was fortunate enough to be the winning bidder. The crew was quick to confirm the exchange, process payment, and send out documents so that conveyancing could kick off, given the tight 14-day completion timeline. I like AHWY more than a lot of the other big auction houses because they really understand the local market, keep the lines of communication open, and don’t usually hit you with crazy extra fees. That said, this property did end up costing me an extra £3k after factoring in the buyer premium, buyer fee, seller’s search costs, plus the auction fee, stamp duty, and legal expenses! But hey, all that info is laid out clearly in the legal packs. Big thanks to AHWY for the excellent service; I’d definitely recommend them.
